Taizhou Haitian Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a private technology-based enterprise in Jiangsu Province, one of the top ten high growth enterprises in Taizhou City, and one of the top ten technology innovation enterprises in Hailing District, Taizhou. The company was formerly known as Taizhou Transformer Factory, founded in 1958.
